Berlusconi likens Grillo to Hitler again

P(ANSA) – Rome, May 2 – Three-time premier Silvio Berlusconi on Friday once again likened Beppe Grillo, the leader of the anti-establishment 5-Star Movement (M5S), to Hitler. “He’s a bad man, as all those who have known him up close have said,” Berlusconi told Italian talk show Virus, just days after calling Grillo the “prototype” of Hitler. “He has characteristics that are too close to those of bloody dictators from history. (If he takes power) the same tragic events will take place (such as during the time) of Hitler”. The leader of the centre-right opposition Forza Italia party has started intense campaigning on television with FI in third place in the polls before European elections May 25. He currently trails Premier Matteo Renzi’s centre-left Democratic Party (PD) and the M5S.BR/P
