Cancer: radioactive patch effectively
(ANSA) – new DELHI, JUN 21 – a radioactive patch could be able to heal 80% of patients with basal cell carcinoma, a common skin cancer. The device was described in the journal of Nuclear Medicine. Researchers in All India Institute of medical sciences in New Delhi have undergone radioactive patch based on phosphorus applied for a few hours sitting more than 10 patients.Biopsies repeated every 3 months to 3 years have shown the absence of cancer in 8 topics.
