Dead Burgio, Italian father Pediatrics

For twenty-four years, from 1966 to 1989, San Matteo Pavia directed the hospital Pediatric Clinic and become a place of reference for medicine in Italy and in the world. Under his direction, the center of Pavia, also became one of the first in Europe to bone marrow transplants in children suffering from leukemia.
