P”The territorial break-up of Ukraine would be the worst case scenario, (which) we must try to avoid,” said Mogherini. “There is no alternative to inclusive dialogue,” of the factions in Ukraine, said the minister, adding that this has been the consensus in conversations in recent days with colleagues from the European Union, United States, and Russia./PPEarlier in the day, the deposed Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych apologized to his population for developments in Ukraine, and for not maintaining stability there.
