Former Lombardy infrastructure manager arrested

PAntonio Giulio Rognoni was arrested together with the head of the company’s procurement office, Pierpaolo Perez, on the same charges. A further six people were placed under house arrest in connection with the allegedly outsourcing of legal consulting and contract-control services in particular.
