P(ANSA) – Rome, April 23 – Italian Premier Matteo Renzi on Wednesday compared his income-tax reform decree to a revolution, and said detractors are being hypocritical and small-minded.BR”You might as well chill out”, the premier told his critics via Twitter. “The revolution in the relationship between citizens and the State has begun.
