‘Incubator’ for bone marrow stem

(ANSAmed) – Rome, 9 Dec here is ‘incubator’,’ of StemEx’ to multiply cord blood and stem cells improve treatments for leukemias and lymphomas. According to a study of 101 patients coordinated by oncologists at Loyola University Medical Center, multiply cells from the cord for a few weeks until transplanted them in bone marrow of patients improving survival in comparison with classic stem transplantation not multiplied.
