Italy does not attract scientists from abroad

(ANSAmed) – Rome, December 10 – with only 3% of the scientists who come from abroad, Italy is the penultimate place among the most advanced countries in terms of research such as opening of its borders. The report says ‘ the State of the science in the world is made by nature and Scientific American, which puts the ‘benefits’ of 40 more developed economies.
