Man kills disabled sister then self

(ANSA) – Palermo, November 1 – A man killed his disabled sister and committed suicide by diving off the sixth floor of a Palermo building Friday, police said.

The man tied his sister to a chair, stabbed her and put a plastic bag over her head, they said.
