Migrants shout ‘murderer’ at Alfano at ceremony

(ANSA) – Agrigento, October 21 – Angry crowds chanting “murderer, murderer” interrupted Interior Minister Angelino Alfano after a ceremony Monday to commemorate the more than 400 migrants who drowned earlier this month attempting to reach safety in Italy.

Security guards quickly surrounded Alfano, who was speaking with reporters, as angry migrants shouted against the Bossi-Fini immigration law, which makes illegal immigration a crime.
