In speaking before the Senate, Renzi said that ”we do not think that Parliament is simply there for decorative purposes. PWe do not think that we can just come and dictate whatever we want and expect its chambers to quickly pass it”./PPHowever, he added, the parliament needs to ”take on part of the responsibility with us, since time is no longer an independent variable. Otherwise we will lose credibility not only in the eyes of our EU partners, but also in those of our citizens.” Premier Matteo Renzi promised Monday to deliver ”a bold…innovative” vision for Italy if the Senate delivers a vote of confidence in his new government, sworn in on Saturday./PPRenzi, Italy’s youngest premier at 39, faces the first of two key votes with the Senate casting ballots Monday night, followed by the House Tuesday night./PIMG id=mediaViewer title=”” alt=”” src=”http://www.mineralfossil.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/wpid-trasp177.gif”ALL RIGHTS RESERVED
