Scientists uncover ‘alien’ insect in amber from one hundred million years in the past

Around one hundred million years in the past, an alien-wanting insect with a weird head and lengthy skinny legs possible crawled round on timber in what’s now Burma.

The insect is so unusual that researchers say that it isn’t solely a brand new species, but in addition belongs in its personal new scientific order.
