Soccer: Tevez meets Pope Francis in Vatican

(ANSA) – Vatican City, November 12 – Pope Francis received Argentina and Juventus forward Carlos Tevez at the Vatican on Tuesday.

During the private audience at the Santa Marta residence where Francis lives inside the Vatican, Tevez gave his compatriot a signed number 10 Juventus shirt with the player’s name on. The pope loves soccer and is a card-carrying fan of Buenos Aires club San Lorenzo.
