Spread closes at 236 basis points

(ANSA) – Rome, November 12 – The spread between Italian 10-year-bonds and the ultra-safe German bund closed at 236 basis points Tuesday. The yield, another critical indicator of investor confidence in Italy’s ability to weather the debt crisis, was 4.14%. The Milan bourse closed down 0.53%, in line with other European markets.
