







































(ANSA) – SYDNEY, Jun 29 ‘ dilemma to sprint or jogging is for those who want to lose weight, provides a scientific answer, tests carried out by the University of New South Wales in Sydney, about 40 young people with overweight. The answer: practicing with sprint for 60 minutes per week men burn the same amount of body fat to seven hours a week for jogging. The study is led by exercise physiologist Steve Boutcher and published in the journal obesity.
